The Health and Physical Activity Team run a variety of community based classes across Calderdale to help improve your health and fitness.

If you would like to join in, please arrive 10 minutes early at your first session to complete a health questionnaire prior to exercise.
Class prices vary; please ask your instructor for details (reduced prices apply for Upbeat participants and Passport to Leisure card holders).
