'Siddal Tots' Parent and Toddler Group at St Mark's Church, Siddal
From 9.30 am to 11.30 am during term time. For babies, pre-school children and their carers. Space to play and lots to do. No need to book. £1.50 per family per session.
Family Advice Booth
Do you need information, advice or support for your family? You can either drop in between 10.00 am and 11.00 am or contact the centre to make an appointment for a confidential chat with a family support worker.
Tuesday
Midwife
Every Tuesday morning, 9.30 am to 12.30 pm. Call the centre to book an appointment.
Health visitor drop-in
Every Tuesday, 8.30 am to 10.30 am. No appointment necessary. Weekly drop-in for baby weighing, advice and support.
School nurse drop-in
Tuesday mornings during term time. Drop-in sessions for weight and height measurements, information and advice on any questions you have. No appointment necessary.
Wednesday
Bright Stars
Every Wednesday afternoon from 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm. Free.
For parents, carers and babies up to 18 months old. There's lots to do including arts and crafts, messy play, music and movement. Meet up with other local parents for a chat.
Thursday
Counselling service
A free and confidential service held at the centre for parents with children under 4 years. To enquire about the service or request an appointment, ring 01422 250081 and ask for the Counselling Department.
Friday
Music Minds
Every Friday during term time, 9.00 am to 11.00 am, in the community room.
Free drop-in sessions for your pre-school children to enjoy.SALT (speech and language therapy)
The first Friday of the month (term-time only) 9.00 am to 11.00 am. Free.
Drop-in sessions for you to address any concerns or niggles you may have about your child's speech and language development.Tiny Tots Library
Every Friday from 2.00 pm to 2.45 pm.
Come along and choose a couple of books to read with your child.Rhyme Time
Every Friday from 2.45 pm to 3.15 pm.
Music and rhyme time for your little ones to enjoy. Come along and join in the free singing and musical sessions.
