Services for victims, survivors and perpetrators
Introduction
The Domestic Violence Support Team provides a confidential and non-judgmental support service to women aged 16 and above and their children. The service is available to women who have experienced or are still experiencing domestic violence or abuse.
The team provides:
- individual face-to-face or telephone support
- general information and advice
- legal advice
- support in court
- support to access other agencies
- support for Asian women
- access to drop-in sessions and groups
- individual support and groups for children
- support for parents
- access to a free counselling service
- access to other Calderdale Women's Centre Services.

Domestic Violence Support Services (Adults)
Victim Support offers emotional and practical support to victims of any crime, including male and female victims of domestic violence. Support workers will arrange to see you either at the office by appointment, or in your own home.
