My Account

Introduction

'My Account' will provide you with access to personalised services from Calderdale Council from a single point of entry.

Initially you must register your details and enrol for a service. When your enrolment has been processed your account will be set up and you will be able to login and use the service you have enrolled for.

Currently the only service you can enrol for is 'View My Council Tax Account', for which you need to be the person liable to pay Council Tax on a property. Other services will be made available in the coming months, and you will be able to enrol for them and use them from your existing account.
