RSS feeds
What is an RSS feed?
RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is used to syndicate or subscribe to the feed of a website, blog or almost any media content online.
By using RSS, you can now keep up to date, with the latest information being delivered directly to you, instead of having to look at lots of different web sites.
Using RSS feeds?
To use RSS you will need to have a newsreader, these are available in many different versions and across all platforms, some browsers such as Firefox and Opera have integrated newsreaders, some are stand alone applications and some are browser based allowing you to look at your subscriptions on any computer. Once you have chosen a newsreader all you have to do is to decide which RSS feeds you wish to subscribe to.
