Introduction

These pages tell you what to do if you think:

• the Council has done a good job
• you have an idea that will help the Council do things better
• the Council got something wrong.

You can fill in a simple form so you can tell us what you think: Tell us how we are doing .

If you have lots to tell us, you may want to write us a letter instead of using the form.

If you just want to ask us to provide a service, you don’t need to fill out the form or make a complaint. Just get in touch with the Council, and we will see what we can do to help.
