Contact Centre
Our Customer First Contact Centre gives you access to a dedicated team of Customer Care Advisers, based in our offices in Halifax.
You can telephone the Customer First Contact Centre to ask about all sorts of things. To help deal with your calls quickly and effectively, our Customer First team is split into three specialist areas:
- General enquiries - 0845 245 6000
- Street Care questions and queries - 0845 245 7000
- Emergency living support - 0845 120 6092
- Council Tax and Benefits queries - 0845 245 8000.

The Contact Centre is open Monday to Friday.
