Calderdale Walk It

Walk It aims to encourage you to walk more.  Why not walk those short distances rather than sitting in a row of traffic wasting time, adding to the congestion, parking problems and pollution, and being frustrated? Walking more is also an excellent way to improve your health!!

Did you know? A brisk one mile walk in 20 minutes burns around 100 calories - roughly the same as if you run a mile.
