Does your child do coaching courses and not have a membership?


Did you know that for about £1 a week more you could take out a membership for them? Our full children's membership includes one coaching course every 3 months. Choices available are swimming, diving, synchronised swimming, gymnastics, basketball, football, trampolining......

Plus much much more like swimming, gym, squash, fun swims, roller XS skating and classes. Ask at the centre for details.

Family memberships are also available and work out great value for money!!

Playing football is great for your health!!


The intensity and range of movements involved in the game, including kicks, twists, turns and sprints, provides better overall exercise than the majority of other sports, according to a series of studies.

Five-a-side is more beneficial than a full-scale game, as it ensures that all players get a vigorous workout. The sustained stop start nature of the game helps build long term fitness and burn fat. Both traditional games and walking football are popular and help you stay in shape.

It can help cut the risk of heart disease, by reducing blood pressure and cholesterol levels, and is also a good way to lose weight as well as promoting leadership and strong teamwork.

Pitches available both indoors and out. Suitable for adults and children alike, especially during the holidays. Our off peak prices start at £20 for an hour or £35 at peak time.
