Sunday 8th February
Ripponden Roam - A Walk to Health

Meet Jan and Chris Buckley at 10.00 in the car park at bottom of Brig Royd Lane, off A 627 in Ripponden for a 4.25 mile walk. For anyone who has already done some walking. Some uphill stretches to be taken at a very steady pace, but not a beginner's walk.

Sunday 8th February
A Winter Wander from the Station

Meet Mick Chatham at 10.00 outside Sowerby Bridge Railway Station for a 7-8 mile full day walk.

  • Bring lunch

Sunday 15th February
Walks From The Parks 6 - Norwood Green, Priestly Green and Coley

Meet Iain Cameron in Bridlestile car park, Shelf Hall Park at 10.15 for a 5 mile walk. Bring a drink and a snack.

  • Moderate walk for anyone reasonably active
  • Bus available to near starting point
  • Particularly suitable for families (strictly no unaccompanied children)
  • Sorry, no dogs with the exception of guide or hearing dogs
  • Walk visits Local Nature Reserve

Ogden, Mixenden and Cold Edge - A Reservoir Walk

Meet Alan Greenwood at 10.30 outside the Visitor Centre at Ogden Water, off the A629 Keighley Road for a 6.5 mile walk onto the 'tops'. Bring lunch and hot drinks.
