Sports pitch and facility hire

There are numerous sports pitches throughout Calderdale available for hire for football and rugby via Activity and Community Development (this excludes pitches attached to Sports Centres, private land and most school sites). Availability is based on a "one off" or seasonal basis and you can get more information on locations, venue details, availability and hire charges by contacting us.

Following your enquiry should we be able to meet your request we would forward you an application form to complete and return.

For "one off" bookings, payment is required in advance of the event and you can pay by cheque or postal order, but are advised not to send cash through the postal system. For seasonal bookings, an invoice will be issued for the total sum due, payment then being made through the Council's Finance Section.
