Calderdale Libraries, Museums and Arts offer an integrated learning resource called Discover, which delivers a wide range of creative learning programmes for schools. Workshops are related to specific subject areas and cross-curricular topics.
Shibden Hall offers five core school workshops:

The workshops are for 2 hours and cost £3.75 per child for schools that subscribe to Discover and £4.50 for other schools, minimum charge £85 / £95. For more information about Discover see Museum learning.
As well as providing workshops for schools we can offer help and advice on self-guided visits or museum trails, which will enable your pupils to make the most of their time at the Museum. We also offer an outreach service for schools that are unable to visit.

Shibden Hall has been awarded the Learning Outside the Classroom Quality Badge.
Why not make a day of it? If your class has attended a workshop you are welcome to book a room for lunch and then spend the afternoon exploring the Museum.
