Calderdale Libraries offer a range of items for sale at various libraries:

All our libraries sell a tough, practical and stylish bag, to help you get your library goods home safely. Pick one up today!
Book / media sales
Sales are held each year at the Central Library in Autumn - and contain a mixture of books and audiovisual material withdrawn from our collections.
Book sales are also held periodically at other Calderdale libraries, and many have withdrawn library stock available for purchase throughout the year.
For further details, please contact the staff at your nearest library who will be happy to answer any of your questions.
We also sell a range of new educational material aimed at family audiences, in the Central Library, Brighouse, Elland, Hebden Bridge and Todmorden libraries. You can find these on labelled display stands near the counter areas.
Fax facilities
The following Calderdale libraries offer fax services, to help you send those urgent documents:
Central Library, Brighouse, Elland, Hebden Bridge, Sowerby Bridge and Todmorden.

- USB interface, these can be purchased from the Central Library, Brighouse, Elland, Hebden Bridge, King Cross, Sowerby Bridge and Todmorden libraries.
Photocopy facilities
The following Calderdale libraries offer a self-service black and white photocopy facility: Beechwood Road, Brighouse, Elland, Hebden Bridge, Hipperholme, King Cross, Mixenden, Northowram, Rastrick, Skircoat, Sowerby Bridge and Todmorden.
Self-service black & white and colour photocopy facilities are available at the Central Library.
Photocopy prices:
- black & white A4 - 10p per copy
- black & white A3 - 20p per copy
- colour A4 - £1.00 per copy
- colour A3 - £1.50 per copy.
Discount prices are available for copies in large quantities; please ask staff for further details.
