Do I qualify for a Passport to Leisure?
If you live in the UK and fall into one of the categories below, you will qualify for a Calderdale Passport to Leisure card.
Categories where all members of the household can qualify
All members of the household qualify for Passport to Leisure in these categories. Each member of the household must complete a separate application form and must show proof.

| Housing Benefit | Notification Letter and Proof of address |
| Local Housing Allowance | Notification Letter and Proof of address |
| Working Tax Credit | Notification Letter and Proof of address |
| Income Support | Notification Letter and Proof of address |
| National Health Service (NHS) Tax Credits | NHS Tax Credit Exemption Certificate card and Proof of address Other similar NHS cards are not valid (e.g. NHS Prescription Charge Certificate) |
| Jobseekers Allowance (income based) | Award Letter (must be dated with last 2 months) and Proof of address |
Categories where only individual applicants can qualify

| Pension Credit (guaranteed based) or partner living at the same address | Notification Letter and Proof of address |
| Full Time Student (16+) | Proof of full time status (letter from your college on official headed paper) and Proof or address Please note: An National Union of Students (NUS) card on its own is no longer sufficient proof. |
| Asylum Seekers | Application Registration Card (ARC) and Proof or address |
| Youth Training Scheme | Letter from Training Agency or Managing Agent and Proof of address |
| Over 60's | Document showing proof of age and Proof of address. |
Categories where only individual applicants can qualify but a carer may be admitted free
For these categories, an orange dot will be put on your card which will allow your carer free admittance to some facilities. Not all venues offer free admittance to carers, so please check with the venue beforehand.
