Passport to Leisure
Introduction
The Passport to Leisure card is valid for 24 months and offers fantastic discounts on a range of sport, leisure and cultural facilities in and around Calderdale.
These discounts are available on activities for adults and children at facilities operated by Calderdale Council and other participating organisations.
If you are over 60, you are also eligible for a Lifetime card which gives Passport to Leisure discounts for Life.
How do I get a card?
- Check to see if you are eligible for a card, how much the card will cost you and the proof you will need to take with you when you apply for a card.
- Complete the appropriate application form and take it to one of the Registration Centres.

You will also need:
- Recent passport-sized photograph;
- Proof of your address, such as a household bill;
- Proof that you qualify.
Take your completed application form and the above items to any Passport to Leisure Registration Centres where you will be issued with your card.
