Wheelchairs

Wheelchair users are welcome at the Victoria Theatre. We have new level access to the stalls from Commercial Street and positions for up to six wheelchairs, along with a unisex toilet facility. We are happy to provide a complimentary ticket for a wheelchair escort if this is required. Please let us know what your requirements are, so that you can be ensured of a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Visually impaired

Guide dogs are welcome and we will be pleased to provide a bowl of water on request. Companions may attend free of charge.

Hearing impaired

The Victoria Theatre has an induction loop for hearing aid users in both the Stalls auditorium and Box Office. Our Box Office staff will advise you on the best seating area. Our Minicom number is 01422 361584.
