Adult learning

Introduction

Woman with books

There has never been a more important time to gain new skills and qualifications. By joining one of our courses we hope that you will have the opportunity to widen your career options, start an inspiring new hobby, improve your health and wellbeing, and gain confidence and social benefits through learning with others.

Learning takes place at Adult Learning Centres in Todmorden, Halifax and Brighouse, so you will not have far to travel.

If you have not received a copy of the Learner Handbook, to access all the essential information to support you in your learning, it can be downloaded: Learner Handbook [PDF file 1203KB]|PDF file

Do let us have your opinions about your course as we are always seeking to improve our services. You can do this by completing the Learner Voice feedback form [PDF file 87KB]|PDF file or by attending one of the Learner Voice forums:

Horton HouseTuesday 06 March 3.15 to 4.15pm
Brighouse Adult Learning CentreWednesday 07 March 12.15 to 1.15pm
Todmorden Community CollegeFriday 09 March 12.15 to 1.15pm

If you would like more information or advice, or you would like this information in another format (e.g. Braille, large print, audio type) contact us.
