Submit a vacancy
If you are the named contact for one of the Clubs / Societies included in the database, you may wish to advertise vacant positions.
Please enter details about your organisation's vacancy using the form below. Your submission will automatically be sent to the Central Reference Library for approval and entry into the database. Once the information is made available online, you will receive confirmation of this by e-mail. (Once the position is filled, please follow the procedure for Updating Club/Society information, so that we are aware of the need to remove details of the vacancy.)

- All fields marked with an asterisk* are required and must be completed
- An acknowledgement will be sent to the contact person whose details we hold in connection with this club or society.
