Clubs and societies

Introduction

The database can be searched by the name of the Club or Society, the category of activity it fits into, or the area of Calderdale where it takes place.

All Clubs and Societies can apply to be included in the database, unless they fall into the following categories:

1. Commercial body, establishment or business, that is, a profit-making concern
2. Not a recognisable organisation, that is, an individual offering a service.

Entries in the Clubs and Societies database will be limited to clubs, societies and organisations based in Calderdale. Where there is no appropriate Calderdale contact for an organisation, a regional or national organisation may be included.

Coverage of the database is not yet complete for all the interest areas, more organisations will be added as we contact them to confirm the details that we currently hold. If you would like to submit details of your organisation to be included on the database please contact:
