Development Plan Documents
Introduction
Together with the Regional Spatial Strategy (RSS) these Development Plan Documents (DPDs) form the Statutory Development Plan and provide land use and development policies for Calderdale.
The Local Development Scheme (November 2007) provides for the following DPDs to be produced:
- Calderdale Core Strategy;
- Land Allocations and Designations DPD
These two DPDs will be prepared together and will also involve the creation of:
- Proposals Map.
