We aim to give a helpful, friendly and professional service at all times. We have published standards for all our services that lay down the level of service people can expect when they contact us. For a copy of these standards, contact the Housing Advice Centre.

Calderdale Housing Services aims to improve the quality and range of services provided. We regularly review our services to make sure they meet the needs of service users, are good quality and offer good value for money. As part of this, we encourage service users to tell us what they think of the services they receive and how they could be improved.
