Request a bulky item collection
A bulky item collection is a service to dispose of larger household items. Items that could be collected include beds, wardrobes, washing machines, fridges, freezers, TVs, tables etc.
Please do not dispose of any needles in your household waste, these should be deposited in a sharps bin, please see Clinical waste for further information.

All items must be outside your property in an accessible, unlocked location and ready for collection before you place your request and make the payment.
How long will it take?

Our contractor can come out to your property as soon as 7.00am the next working day, and in some instances they can attend on the same day. The items will be taken within 7 to 10 working days, but if there is nothing out when they arrive, they will not return, and you will have to pay for another collection.
Note: Before you fill in and submit an online request, make sure you have identified all the items you want to dispose of.
Once you have submitted the request form you won't be able to add another item later.
I can't get the items outside. What do I do now?
If you cannot get the items outside, a special bulky item collection from indoors can be arranged.
