A bulky item collection is a service to dispose of larger household items. Items that could be collected include beds, wardrobes, washing machines, fridges, freezers, TVs, tables etc.
Recycle versus remove
Much of the bulk waste collected from homes for disposal goes to landfill.

We only collect free standing items. No fixtures or fittings, including fitted cupboards, fitted wardrobes, etc. will be collected.
Where should I put my items?
All items must be outside your property and ready for collection before you place your request and make the payment.
How long will it take?
We aim to collect bulky waste collections within 7 working days of your order being submitted. Our contractor can come out to your property as soon as 7.00am the next working day, and in some instances they can attend on the same day. The items will be taken within 7 working days, but if there is nothing out when they arrive, they will not return, and you will have to pay for another collection.
I can't get the items outside. What do I do now?
If you cannot get the items outside, a special bulky item collection from indoors can be arranged. To make arrangements for a special bulky waste collection from indoors or to enquire about any matter regarding disposing of refuse contact:
