Notices and certificates relating to ownership
If you do not own all the land to which your application relates you will need to serve notice on the owner. If you do not know all of the owners of the land you must publish the relevant notice in a local newspaper:

All ownership certificates are contained in the relevant application form but should you need to send an amended version they can be downloaded here:

- Planning permission - Certificate C (some other owners known) [PDF file 19KB]|

- Planning permission - Certificate D (other owners unknown) [PDF file 14KB]|

- Listed Building / Conservation Area Consent - Certificate B (all other owners known) [PDF file 13KB]|

- Listed Building / Conservation Area Consent - Certificate C (some other owners known) [PDF file 13KB]|

- Listed Building / Conservation Area Consent - Certificate D (other owners unknown) [PDF file 13KB]|
