Planning application forms

These are the national standard application forms which must be used for the submission of all planning and related applications. Forms, guidance notes and checklists are available for download by following the appropriate link.

The checklists contain both the national and local lists of information that is required to validate an application. For further information and advice Contact Development Control.

• Application for Planning Permission

• Application for Outline Planning Permission with some matters reserved

• Application for Outline Planning Permission with all matters reserved

• Application for Planning Permission and Conservation Area Consent for Demolition

• Application for both Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent

• Application for both Planning Permission and Advertisement Consent

• Application for Conservation Area Consent for Demolition in a Conservation Area

• Listed Building Consent for alterations, extension or demolition of a listed building

• Application for consent to display an advertisement(s)

• Application for a Lawful Development Certificate for an existing use or operation or activity including those in breach of a planning condition

• Application for a Lawful Development Certificate for a Proposed use or development

• Application for Approval of Reserved Matters following outline approval

• Application for removal or variation of a condition following grant of planning permission.
