Householder application for planning permission for works or extension to a dwelling
This form should be used for proposals to alter or extend a dwelling, to carry out works or to put up buildings within it's curtilage.

New Ownership Certificates
As from 6th April 2009, if any part of your proposed development encroaches or overhangs land which is not entirely in your ownership, you will need to complete the following form. This form must be submitted as part of your planning application.
