INDICATIVE (1 IN 100 YEAR) FLOODPLAIN MAPS

8.1 The indicative floodplain maps show the broad extent of areas of high flood risk and should be used only as a guide for developers. These areas are subject to continual change and could be more or less extensive than indicated. Up-to-date maps can be viewed at Planning Services, Northgate House, Halifax or on the Environment Agency’s website – www.environment-agency.gov.uk.
