Appendix 3 Model Planning Condition

Model Planning Condition relating to Open Space Sport and Recreation Provision

On-Site or Off-Site Provision

The development authorised by this permission shall not begin until arrangements, including a timetable for implementation, for the provision of public open space, sport and recreation facilities in accordance with policies GCF1 and OS5 of the Replacement Calderdale Unitary Development Plan have been submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The open space, sports or recreational facilities shall be provided in accordance with the approved arrangements.

Reason: To ensure the satisfactory provision of open space, sports or recreational facilities in accordance with policies GCF1 and OS5 of the Replacement Calderdale Unitary Development Plan.
