Flood risk

This assessment is fully compliant with the requirements of PPS25 "Development and Flood Risk" (December 2006).

It provides strategic evidence on flood risk for the Local Development Framework and will help to guide allocations land for development, locally distinctive policies within the Core Strategy and a basis for requesting Flood Risk Assessments alongside planning applications.
