English Heritage
Formally known as the Historic Buildings and Monuments Commission for England, English Heritage is the Government's statutory adviser on all matters concerning the conservation of England's Historic built environment including Listed Buildings and Ancient Monuments and also Parks and Gardens of Special Historic Interest. English Heritage may be able to offer grants for works to Grade I or II* Listed Buildings and occasionally other Listed Buildings within Conservation Areas.
