Description
The site comprising of approximately 7.989 acres (3.233 hectares) of land for use as grazing only, the use being restricted to the grazing of cattle, sheep, horses, goats or hay rights. There is currently no mains water supply to the site.
Prospective tenants need to be aware that a public footpath crosses the site (see the application pack) and public access must be maintained at all times to this footpath.
