Land and property availability

Introduction

The Council owns buildings and land throughout Calderdale. So that it gets the best possible use from these, it has a special group in Building Consultancy; Land and Property Services, to manage its property. The group's duties involve valuing, buying and selling property, as well as allocating it to Council Services.
