One Stop Shop
In accordance with The Local Authorities (England) (Charges for Property Searches) Regulations 2008, Calderdale MBC has calculated charges for access to property search information.
Access to all property search information will be via the One Stop Shop within our Local Land Charges Service based in Westgate House, Halifax.

(You will note that charges have been calculated for individual questions. You may request information relating to all questions or can select individual questions.)
Statutory Free Information can be requested in the same way, however no charge will be made for this information.
To assist you in obtaining the information you require, as efficiently as possible, the service proposes to introduce a Property Information Search request form. Completion of this form will ensure that the service has the relevant details necessary to provide you with the property search information you have requested.
