Environmental Health Enforcement Policy

Environmental Health Services aims to ensure the health and safety, and well being of everyone living and working in the district. We strive to protect and improve the environment through a combination of education, advice and the regulation of the activities of others. The use of enforcement powers, including prosecution, is an important part of achieving this aim.

This policy is made publically available to promote transparency, proportionality and consistency; it details the guidelines, policies and regulations that Environmental Health Services follows.
