Workwise are here to help you achieve your potential. We offer information, advice and guidance services to people from the local community on accessing training and learning, to help you get into a job you want to do. Whether you are unemployed, considering a career change or looking for a new job or promotion, we have the skills to help you develop yours.

Workwise has a team of advisers who work across Calderdale and our service is available with no charge to everybody, regardless of whether you are in or out of work.

The Business Support Team (Growing Calderdale) are able to help small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs), that is those with less than 250 employees. We understand the challenges that you face as a small employer and are able to offer the following services to assist you:

• We have an active database of local people who are looking for work.
