Based in the Central Library, Halifax, the service provides specialist equipment to enable people with disabilities or sensory impairment to use computers, access the Internet and communicate.

The Council supports the equality agenda by guiding and supporting services in delivering social, cultural and employment opportunities for all, irrespective of age, disability, gender, race, religion or belief or sexual orientation.
