- Please note that only one application for preferences, per child, can be made. Please ensure that a Common Application Form printed from this website is not completed in addition to completing the form provided with the Admissions Booklet, or the school online application form.

Co-ordinated Admission Scheme
Only complete the Common Application Form if you are a Calderdale resident. Please read Section 2 of the information - Co-ordinated admissions scheme .
You have to express a preference for a grammar school in order that your child may take the admission test. Please read Section 2 (paragraph 6) of the information - Co-ordinated admissions scheme .

| 31 October 2009 | Closing date - Common Application Form together with any supplementary forms (as required) to be returned by parent/carer to the Local Authority or via primary schools. This is also the last date for submitting online applications. |
