1. Please note that only one application for preferences, per child, can be made. Please ensure that a Common Application Form printed from this website is not completed in addition to completing the form provided with the Admissions Booklet, or the school online application form.
   
2. If you wish to download a Common Application Form for completion, please do not return this via e-mail, as these cannot be accepted. Please complete the form and return no later than 31 October 2009 to -

Some points to consider before you complete your Common Application Form

Co-ordinated Admission Scheme

Only complete the Common Application Form if you are a Calderdale resident. Please read Section 2 of the information - Co-ordinated admissions scheme .

You have to express a preference for a grammar school in order that your child may take the admission test. Please read Section 2 (paragraph 6) of the information - Co-ordinated admissions scheme .
