School governors

Newsletters: "The Calderdale Governor"

The Calderdale Governor newsletter is published every term. The main aim of the newsletter is to provide governors with information about current issues and ongoing policy development.

All governors and schools are encouraged to contribute articles and to make suggestions about what they would like to see covered in the newsletter. As far as possible, the newsletter is distributed to governors' home addresses, but when this is not possible the clerk to the governing body is asked to distribute via governing body meetings or with calling notices.
