The following term dates only apply to community, voluntary controlled and special schools. Foundation and voluntary aided schools are responsible for setting their own term dates and you should contact them direct in this respect.

Total number of days = 195
Important note
Schools have five additional days when they will not be open to pupils. These are training days and occasional days which are determined by the governing body of each school (though one must be 7 May 2009 if the school is closed for election purposes).
