Hebden Vale Children's Centre
Hebden Vale Children’s Centre is situated on Stubbing Holme Road Hebden Bridge and supports children and families of the Hebden Vale area including: Hebden Bridge, Mytholmroyd, Luddendenfoot and Sowerby Village.
The Children’s Centre has a busy weekly timetable of supportive activities which are presented in the centre and in local community venues. These activities, whilst being fun, aim to help parents and carers support the growth and development of young children.
As part of the Upper Valley Family Services the team can provide support packages tailored to individual family needs. For example: counselling and other 1 to 1 support, home visits, advice on family matters and young children’s growth and development (including speech and language, behaviour, eating and sleeping patterns). The team also provides parenting programmes, family learning and much more. In addition to this, the Children’s Centre works in partnership with a wide selection of local public, private and voluntary agencies such as: Health, Education and Training, JobCentre Plus, Childcare Providers including Childminders, Citizen Advise Bureau and Homestart.
So, whether you want to meet like-minded parents or have a family matter with which you would like advice, Hebden Vale Children’s Centre welcomes you.

| Thursday | Talk First | 9.30 am to 10.30 am | Teaching young children baby signing. Fun and enjoyable. This session is bookable. |
| Thursday | Sticky Fingers | 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm | Starting 23rd February for 6 weeks.Have fun together doing arts & crafts as a family. |
