The types of works covered by the Home Improvement Service include:

• Remedying rising or penetrating damp or dry rot
• Renewing defective gas or electrical installations
• Remedying structural instability
• Providing bathroom facilities for the first time.

An Agency Service is available to:

• Help with completing forms
• Obtain quotes for the work from reputable contractors
• Supervise the works.
