Since 2010 the Council has saved £56m but further savings are needed. Our budget and financial strategies show how we intend to deliver essential services while keeping within our spending limits.
On Monday 12 January 2015 Calderdale Council met and agreed its budget for 2015/16 to 2017/18.
The Council receives its income from residents, businesses and direct from central government. This money is divided between the directorates to deliver your services.
Calderdale Council's Statement of Accounts aims to give electors, those subject to locally levied taxes and charges, members of the Authority and other interested parties clear information about the Council's finances.
