Hebden Bridge Customer First

Opening times

The cash office has closed. Cash is not handled at the Customer First office. Customers can use the payments phone line to pay Council Tax if they have a credit or debit card. They can also use their card to pay for other Council services, such as parking fines and pest control appointments. In addition, the Council offers Online payments for some services.

Social Services - (Upper Calder Valley)

For information about services, or to request an assessment of need, blue parking badges, disability equipment or personal support then contact Gateway to Care.  Staff at the office in Hebden Bridge will be able to assist people to speak to the Wellbeing and Social Care Advisors at Gateway to Care.
