The office is manned from 8:45am to 12.00 noon Monday to Friday. Telephone messages may be left at other times. Prior appointments should be made to contact an Education Welfare Officer (EWO).
The office deals with Education Welfare issues involving schools serving Hipperholme, Brighouse, Rastrick, Elland, Shelf, Northowram, Southowram and Lightcliffe. Any enquiries involving these schools or pupils living in the area should be addressed in the first instance to this office.

Finance - Cash Office
You can pay council tax, council house rents and all other Calderdale Council bills here. Payments in respect of Pennine Housing 2000 rents, Yorkshire Water, Yorkshire Electricity and Yorkshire Electricity Gas are also accepted at this office.
