Income services

Introduction

Income Services are responsible for securing payment of all invoices sent out from each individual department within Calderdale Council for services provided to their customers. An estimated 50,000 invoices annually go out to customers.

After the invoices have been distributed Income Services monitor them to make sure they are paid within the given timescale.

Income Services also raise and deal with invoices for people who are in Residential Care Homes.
