Consultations

The Council encourages involvement in the development of local services via forums, petitions and surveys. Past, current and future consultations can be found in Calderdale Engage, the consultation portal.

Area forums

Calderdale area forums are a new way to have your say. Hosted by councillors, forums will be held throughout the borough and will give you the opportunity to say what is important to you.

Calderdale Citizens' Panel

The Council's Citizens' Panel currently consists of over 1600 randomly selected people, who receive surveys on a range of issues related to Council services and residents' priorities. Newsletters are provided with each survey, detailing the results of previous surveys and how we have responded to the Panel's views.

Community consultations

Calderdale Engage is the Council's consultation portal. You can become involved in the consultation process by registering your interests.

Joint strategic needs assessment

Calderdale Council and Calderdale Primary Care Trust are working closely together to improve our understanding of the future health and well-being needs of the District’s residents.
