Aims/Objectives

To establish a baseline satisfaction level with a view to improving the Highways and Engineering Service.

It is important that members of the public and Elected Members are able to contact us easily either to report a problem or find out information. The survey asks about

1. Ease of contact with us.

2. Future communication methods.

3. Views on the general condition of the roads and how quickly things get fixed.

4. The top three priority areas for spend
