Situated on the same floor as the Reference and Local Studies Library, West Yorkshire Archives (Calderdale) offers further resources for the researcher and historian.
The service is open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9.30am to 5pm.

Halifax Antiquarian Society
The Halifax Antiquarian Society| has been producing informative and invaluable articles about the local area and people since 1901. A complete set of their transactions, together with an index is kept in the Reference Library.
The lending library has certain copies available for loan.
