Calderdale Libraries, Museums and Arts and The Elmet Trust are pleased to present the Elmet Poetry Prize 2011 and The Ted Hughes Young Poets' Award.The Elmet Trust
The Elmet Trust is a charitable company whose purpose is to promote and celebrate the life and works of Ted Hughes, Mytholmroyd's famous son and late Poet Laureate. We are a small enthusiastic group of volunteers who love Ted's work and are determined that his literary legacy will live on through events such as exhibitions, festivals and walks in Mytholmroyd, West Yorkshire. If you would like to get involved we would love to hear from you.
If you are interested in supporting the aims of The Elmet Trust and / or getting involved why not become a member? For a one-off payment of just £1 we will keep you up to date (via email) with news and events. Membership of the Trust will also entitle you to attend open meetings and the Annual General Meeting.
