Online renewal

You will need your library card number and PIN to renew your loans online. If you do not yet have a PIN take your library card to any Calderdale library and the staff will be able to advise you.

1. Type "R" and then the number on your library card.
2. Type your PIN and select "Login".
3. Select "Items on Loan".
4. Choose the items that you want to renew by selecting the small adjacent box - so that a tick appears in the box.
5. Select "Renew".

Please remember - items will not be renewed if:

• they are reserved by another user
• there are outstanding charges on the item(s) you wish to renew
• you have already renewed them three times
• the amount owing in your account is more than £10.00.

If you renew overdue items or items with re-hire charges, you will not be able to renew online again until you have cleared your account.
