The centre provides a free, confidential counselling service to women aged 16 and above. Women can self-refer to the service, or other agencies can refer with the client's consent.

Jewish Women's Aid is run by Jewish women for Jewish women who have experienced or are experiencing domestic violence. National, confidential, freephone helpline; outreach, counselling and community support services; and a Kosher refuge for women and their children.

National Domestic Violence Helpline provides a 24 hour helpline providing access to emergency refuge accommodation. It joins together with the Women's Aid| helpline and the Refuge| National Crisis Line in a single service. Telephone 0808 2000 247.
